道，是规律、是本质，是方向、是法则;
法，是方法、是策略，是体系，是制度;
术，是本领，是手段，是计谋，是技巧;
器，是工具，是资源，是结果，是成事，
势：是识势，是顺势，是取势，是借势，是造势，
志：是意志、是志向、是信念、是理想、是梦想，
6个层次，是人生追求，是思维框架，是做事方法，是精神食粮。
道以明向，法以立本，术以立策，器以成事，势以立人
道以明向，法以立本
术以定策，器以成事。
势以立人，志以道宁。
器不利可借，术不精可练
法不强可学，道不通可悟
时不逢可等，势不明可度。
志不强者智不达,言不信者行不果。
6个层次连起来就是：

六、深刻的理解

经过上面我的介绍，分别可以知道道、法、术、器、势、志的含义，接下来就让我们有一个更深刻的理解！
道：就是核心思想、理念、本质规律。
很多时候有人纠结是自然规律，还是人定的思想，其实王阳明早说了“天理即人心"
我说“天理因人而存在”。这六个字，完全是因为人类存在而存在的包括外星人。
法：就是法律、规章、制度、流程。
它是以“道”为基础制定的不可违背的原则，比如有些经常挂在嘴边却不知所云的“大道自然”或者“以人为本”
术：行为和行动，做了没做，
它是可以以道为原则，做出反应和选择的行动，是以“道”为指导原则的。即“以道御术”，出自老子的《道德经》，很多人把“御”翻译成“承
载”，实际上更贴切的是“驾驭”。以联想企业文化为例，联想提出“如果遇到公司没有相关规定的事，就按”企业文化’办!"这就是以道御术，
器：是指工县或产品，
比如桌椅板凳或者企业里的打卡机，还有EXCEL管理表格之类的。总之“器”用来体现道的思想，是人体器官的延伸，从而简化问题，更
快达成目标，是体现“器以载道”的应用。
势：是状态，层次，
从“道、法、术、器”体现的势能，比如“军魂、班风”之类的气场、气势执行力。这个在“图1”里表现的是一个圈，其实画出来更应该像是太
阳的光芒一样，感觉的到，模 不到。以某个人为例，状态可以达到“善、诚、美、大、圣、神”的六重境界，善为别人以为你拥有美德，诚
为你确实有美德，充盈为美，溢出为大，影响数个时代，众人为圣。影响千秋万代不同民族为神，比如佛教、基督教、伊斯兰教的创始
人。
志：这里主要是指目标，
只有通过势能才能达到，势就是火箭助推器形成的力量。

虽然老子说:道可道，非常道。能用语言讲清楚的道，就不是道了。

这六个字对应的东西可多了，
比如：
企业文化的：是企业文化的理念层、制度层、行为层、物理层、势能层、目标层，
其中势能层是前四层的体现，自目标层是企业提出的目标结果。
公司管理的：管理是指为啥要做事，做正确的事，事要做正确，用啥来干活，人员啥状态，达到啥成果。
比如我党我军的毛泽东思想，党章军法，政治工作文艺宣传，枪杆子里面出政权，最终解放了全中国。
管理要以“道”为根本，不断研究有效的“原则”和“方法”，通过采用最好的工具(器)，达成最好的执行力，来完成企业要达成的目标!
教学方法的：教学思想、教学方法、教学技巧、课程开发、授课效果、教学目标。巧了，也是这套东西，正好和TTT的内容一样。
